We provide end-to-end solutions for optimizing business processes. These solutions fall into three categories: data extraction, model development and model integration.




Data Extraction
Data extraction involves developing macros that can extract data stored in Excel or Word format in legacy systems and convert it into a format that is amenable for use in reports and mathematical models.
Model Development
Model development entails developing predictive and prescriptive models for improving a specific operation. Consider a supply chain problem in which we want to manufacture a set of products from a set of machines. Then, a predictive (or forecasting) model can be developed to forecast the demand for those products and a prescriptive (or optimization) model can be developed to find the best way of manufacturing those products from the available machines while honoring the production constraints.

Model Integration
Model integration involves creating programs that can enable the integration of the mathematical models with existing systems. These programs could include creating Excel add-ins to call the models, creating REST API's for the models, etc.
